When you register for the training I collect your name, email address and mobile number. I use them to send you the joining link and reminders, and to email you about my work afterwards. You can unsubscribe from any email and I'll stop.
Your details are held in my customer system (GoHighLevel) and are not sold or passed to anyone for their own marketing. The training itself is education. It does not collect health information about you and you should not send me any.
You can ask me what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at lou@performancehealth.uk. You can inform the ICO at ico.org.uk.
